• Young people will achieve academically, develop critical social and workplace skills and flourish as more complete individuals through a multifaceted arts presence.
• Teachers are our primary connection to students. We must inspire teachers to experience the arts in their own lives and to integrate the arts into the classroom.
• Families are the anchor in their kids’ lives. We must engage families in the joy the arts bring to the hearts of children.
• Students live in a greater community. We must involve the community to support our cause.
• The world changes. We must continually refresh our programs to remain culturally relevant.
